Cancellation and refund policy

If you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund of the confirmation amount. If you cancel 3 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% of the confirmation amount is refunded. If you cancel less than 3 hours before pickup, or are not at the pickup: no refund. The partner receives 300 Tk for their time and 200 Tk is kept by the platform. If the partner cancels: you receive a full refund and a 100 Tk credit, and we immediately look for another car for your trip. If the partner does not arrive: full refund, a 100 Tk credit and priority rebooking. Events outside anyone’s control (floods, strikes, road closures confirmed by authorities) are refunded in full. Refunds go back to the method you paid with; bKash and Nagad refunds usually arrive within one working day.
