Terms for partners (owners, drivers and fleets)

1. You may bid only with vehicles that are approved on Jaben and for which every document is valid. 2. A bid is a promise. If the customer selects it and pays, the booking is confirmed and you must be at the pickup on time. 3. The platform commission is 5% of the trip price. When you collect the whole fare in cash, the commission you owe is recorded as dues; while any dues are unpaid you cannot bid until you pay them in the app. 4. Cancelling a confirmed booking costs a 200 Tk penalty and a strike; a no-show costs 500 Tk. Repeated strikes lead to suspension. 5. Never share your phone number, or ask for the customer’s, in chat or calls. Doing so is a violation and earns a strike. 6. Start every trip with the customer’s start PIN and end it at the destination. Extras such as waiting or tolls need the customer’s approval in the app. 7. Keep your documents, fitness certificate and tax token renewed. Expired documents hide your vehicle from requests. 8. Your identity documents are stored encrypted and reviewed only by authorised staff, with every view logged.
