Privacy policy

What we collect: your phone number, name, identity-document images and a selfie (for verification), your trips, chat messages and calls metadata, and your location while a trip is in progress or while you use the map. Why: to verify people, run trips safely, settle money correctly, prevent fraud and give support. We do not sell personal data. Who sees it: the other party in a booking sees only your first name, photo and what is needed for the trip. Your phone number is never shown to them. Authorised staff see more, and every access to identity documents is logged. Location: we use background location only during an active trip, to show the passenger link and to help in an emergency. Retention: identity images are deleted 90 days after a verification decision; chat is kept for 180 days after a trip; trip location breadcrumbs for 180 days; financial and audit records for 6 years as the law requires. Your rights: you can export your data and delete your account from Profile > Privacy and data (see the Delete your account page).
